Sam's Auto and RV Sales is one of a select few dealers in all of the United States to obtain the hard to get, sought after, Circle of Excellence Award. In fact, Sam's has won the award many times.

Customers were surveyed and all gave positive feedback about their buying experience at our dealership. 

To receive a Circle of Excellence Award a Fleetwood RV Retailer must achieve a predetermined Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating. CSI ratings are based on a minimum number of Fleetwood RV Buyer Surveys, conducted after the purchase process is complete and the new owner has taken delivery of their new RV. To ensure accuracy, a national independent research firm conducts telephone surveys.
